Talking about the first course consummated for the IBA TRAINING CENTER in south america, we would say this next course can have a better structure for this year of 2005, in the last semester.
In this sense, we realize that the services of coffee break and bus used for the technical visit can be considerely improved, the same for the time schedule and the topics given at the classes.
