WCC 2010 2010 WORLD COMPETITIONS of Cocktail and Flairtending - The drink for 2011.
Held in Singapore at Swissotel, The Stamford from 22 to 27 November during the IBA Congress.
The WCC champion is Mr Hofferer Mario of Austria with his Rosemari. The recipe:
- 2 dashes Bacardi Superior
- 2.5 cl Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
- 0.5 cl Mozart Amande ChocOrange
- 1.5 cl Kahlua
- 1 cl Monin Lychee Syrup
- 1 cl Cream (float)
- Stir and strain into Z-stem Martini glass (Libbey) garnish with Physalis, Chocolate, Kakao, Orange Peel & Gold
The winners of the WCC: Champion: Hofferer Mario, Austria, 1st runner-up: Zachopoulos Ioannis, Greece 2nd runner-up: Kolev Vasil, Bulgaria Efficiency Prize: Grzegorg Szumski, Poland

The Champion of the Flairtending is Juan Pablo Santiago from Uruguay with his concoction for Modern Times:
- 4.5 cl Absolut
- 1.5 cl Mozart Amande ChocOrange
- 1.5 cl Monin Mango Syrup
- 1.5 cl Monin Passionfruit Syrup
- 6 cl Caraibos Orange Juice
- Shake and strain into Energy glass (Durobor) garnish with Orange and Cherry.
The winners of the flairtending: Champion: Juan Pablo Santiago, Uruguay 1st runner-up: Nike Trivino, Venezuela 2nd runner-up: Hsu Po Sheng, Taiwan
